Corporate Verified Caller (White Label) – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the registering entity ("Company", "You", "Your") and the platform ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing access to and use of the Corporate Verified Caller / White Label Service ("Service").
By applying for or using the Service, You expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
The Service enables eligible organizations to register business phone numbers and display verified caller identification, including Company Name, Logo, and a Verified Corporate (White Label) label during outbound calls.
2. Eligibility & Onboarding
To qualify for the Service, the Company must:
- Be a legally registered entity under applicable laws.
- Submit valid and verifiable documentation, including but not limited to business registration, authorization letters, and number ownership proof.
- Ensure that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, or revoke any application at our sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasons.
3. Verification & Representation
- Verification confirms that a number is associated with the submitted organization; it does not certify legitimacy of intent, quality of service, or regulatory compliance.
- The Company is solely responsible for all communications made using registered numbers.
- The Platform does not act as an agent, partner, or guarantor of the Company.
4. White Label Status Disclaimer
- Display of Company Name, Logo, or Verified Label does not imply endorsement by the Platform.
- White Label status is limited to identity display functionality only.
- The Platform makes no warranties regarding increased call pickup rates, business outcomes, or customer trust.
5. Spam Classification & User Reporting
- The Platform incorporates user-driven and algorithmic spam detection mechanisms.
- White Label or Verified status does NOT override, suppress, or prevent spam tagging.
- Any user may report a number as spam, and such reports may impact the number’s reputation and display.
- The Platform is not liable for reputational impact arising from user-generated feedback.
6. Acceptable Use & Compliance
The Company agrees to:
- Use the Service strictly for lawful business purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, consumer protection, and data privacy regulations.
- Obtain all necessary consents before contacting end users.
The Company shall NOT:
- Engage in spam, robocalling, fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- Misrepresent identity or impersonate any entity.
- Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or exploit spam detection systems.
7 . Data Accuracy & Maintenance
- The Company must promptly update any changes to its name, branding, or phone numbers.
- Failure to maintain accurate data may result in suspension or removal of verification.
8. Suspension, Removal & Enforcement
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to:
- Suspend or terminate access to the Service.
- Remove verification status or branding elements.
- Restrict or blacklist numbers associated with policy violations or excessive complaints.
Such actions may be taken based on internal policies, user complaints, regulatory requirements, or risk assessment.
9. Fees & Commercial Terms
- The Service is currently offered free of charge at the Platform’s sole discretion.
- The Platform reserves the right to introduce fees, subscription plans, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the Service after such changes may require acceptance of new commercial terms.
- No compensation, credits, or claims shall arise from any future introduction of paid plans.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Company grants the Platform a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use its name, logo, and trademarks solely for display within the Service.
- The Company warrants that it owns or has rights to all submitted branding assets.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or reputation.
- The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of display, or user engagement.
- All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
12. Indemnification
The Company agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:
- Misuse of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
13. Data Handling & Privacy
- Company data will be processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
- The Platform may store, process, and display submitted data for verification and service delivery purposes.
14. Modifications to Service & Terms
- The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
- These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in [Insert Location].
