Corporate Verified Caller (White Label) – Terms & Conditions

The Service enables eligible organizations to register business phone numbers and display verified caller identification, including:

  • Company Name
  • Company Logo
  • Verified Corporate / White Label Badge
  • Caller Identity Display during outbound calls

The Service is limited to identity display and related platform functionality only.

2. Eligibility & Onboarding

To qualify for the Service, the Company must:

  • Be a legally registered entity under applicable laws
  • Submit valid and verifiable business documentation
  • Provide proof of ownership or lawful authorization of submitted phone numbers
  • Ensure all submitted information is accurate, complete, and current
  • Ensure the applicant is authorized to act on behalf of the Company

We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke any application at our sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasons.

3. Verification & Representation

Verification confirms only that a number is associated with the submitted organization based on available records.

Verification does not mean:

  • Endorsement by the Platform
  • Certification of legitimacy
  • Regulatory approval
  • Quality assurance
  • Customer trustworthiness

The Company is solely responsible for all communications, conduct, and activities associated with registered numbers.

The Platform does not act as agent, partner, guarantor, or representative of the Company.

4. White Label Status Disclaimer

Display of Company Name, Logo, or Verified Badge:

  • Does not imply endorsement by the Platform
  • Does not guarantee trust or reputation
  • Does not guarantee higher pickup rates
  • Does not guarantee business success
  • May vary depending on device, region, app version, or technical limitations

5. Sole Responsibility of Company

You acknowledge and agree that You are wholly and solely responsible for:

  • All calls placed through registered numbers
  • Fraud, spam, abuse, or misconduct
  • Misleading communications
  • Violations of telecom, privacy, or consumer laws
  • Customer disputes
  • Third-party complaints or claims
  • Any discrepancy or misuse arising from use of the Service

Under no circumstances shall the Platform be responsible for Your conduct or misuse.

6. Spam Classification & User Reporting

The Platform may use user feedback, complaint systems, analytics, and automated detection systems.

Verified / White Label status does not override spam systems.

Any registered number may still be:

  • Reported as spam
  • Restricted
  • Flagged
  • Ranked negatively
  • Temporarily or permanently limited

The Platform shall not be liable for reputational or business impact arising from such actions.

7. Acceptable Use & Compliance

The Company agrees to use the Service strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

The Company shall not:

  • Engage in spam, robocalling, fraud, phishing, or scams
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use threatening or abusive communications
  • Attempt to manipulate spam systems
  • Use unauthorized phone numbers
  • Violate privacy or data laws
  • Send deceptive promotions or offers

Any such conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Data Accuracy & Maintenance

The Company must promptly update:

  • Business name
  • Branding or logo
  • Ownership details
  • Authorized representative details
  • Contact information
  • Registered numbers

Failure to maintain accurate records may result in suspension or removal.

9. Monitoring & Investigation Rights

The Platform reserves the right to review, monitor, investigate, verify, or audit use of the Service at any time for legal, security, policy, or operational reasons.

We may request additional documentation.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.

10. Suspension, Removal & Enforcement

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to:

  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Remove verification status
  • Remove branding assets
  • Restrict features
  • Blacklist numbers
  • Freeze accounts under investigation

This may occur due to:

  • User complaints
  • Excessive spam reports
  • Suspected fraud
  • Regulatory direction
  • Policy violations
  • Risk detection

Our decision shall be final.

11. Fees & Commercial Terms

The Service may currently be offered free of charge at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce charges at any time
  • Modify pricing or plans
  • Launch premium features
  • Restrict free access

No refund, compensation, or claim shall arise from future commercial changes.

12. Intellectual Property

The Company grants the Platform a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted:

  • Company Name
  • Logo
  • Trademark
  • Branding materials

solely for Service operation and display purposes.

The Company warrants it owns or is authorized to use all submitted materials.

The Platform retains ownership of its software, systems, technology, and brand.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of revenue
  • Missed calls
  • Reduced pickup rates
  • Reputational damage
  • Service interruptions
  • Technical issues
  • Verification delays
  • Indirect or consequential damages

All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties.

14. Indemnification

The Company agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of law
  • Third-party claims
  • Unauthorized branding submissions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Customer disputes

15. Data Handling & Privacy

Company data may be collected, stored, processed, displayed, and internally shared for:

  • Verification
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security checks
  • Service delivery
  • Legal compliance
  • Product improvement

Use of the Service is also subject to the Platform Privacy Policy.

16. Force Majeure

The Platform shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Government action
  • Telecom outages
  • Cyberattacks
  • Natural disasters
  • War
  • Strikes
  • System failures

17. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time.

These Terms may also be updated periodically.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

19. Identity Theft Protection for Individual Users

To enhance user safety and account protection, CDEF may provide an additional security mechanism through a dedicated CDEF Security ID.

This feature is intended to reduce risks associated with identity misuse, unauthorized access, impersonation, and account compromise.

19.1 Security ID Usage

Each eligible user may be assigned or may generate a unique Security ID.

If a user suspects:

  • Unauthorized account access
  • Device loss or theft
  • SIM swap or compromise
  • Impersonation attempts
  • Social engineering fraud
  • Suspicious activity

the user may contact support and request protective action.

19.2 Temporary Account Suspension / Emergency Protection

Upon receiving a valid alert request, CDEF may, at its sole discretion:

  • Temporarily suspend access
  • Restrict account functions
  • Freeze activity
  • Trigger enhanced verification checks
  • Hold sensitive actions until review completion

19.3 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping Security ID confidential
  • Promptly reporting suspicious activity
  • Maintaining accurate contact details
  • Cooperating in verification
  • Using secure credentials

19.4 Verification & Recovery Process

To restore access, CDEF may require:

  • Identity confirmation
  • Registered mobile/email verification
  • Security questions
  • Device verification
  • Supporting documents if necessary

19.5 Limitation of Responsibility

CDEF applies reasonable safeguards but does not guarantee prevention of all unauthorized activity.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Protection depends on timely reporting
  • Delays may reduce available options
  • No system is fully immune to threats
  • CDEF is not liable for negligence, phishing, credential sharing, telecom failures, or third-party misconduct beyond its control

19.6 Good Faith Protective Action

Any restriction, hold, or suspension under this section is undertaken in good faith for user protection and platform integrity.

Such actions shall not:

  • Be considered breach of obligations
  • Create entitlement to compensation
  • Result in liability for temporary inconvenience

19.7 Misuse of Security Requests

False reports, impersonation, fraudulent recovery attempts, or abuse of security processes may result in suspension or termination.

19.8 Final Authority

All decisions regarding restriction, reinstatement, verification sufficiency, and protective actions remain at the sole discretion of CDEF.

20. Acceptance

By registering for or using the Corporate Verified Caller / White Label Service, the Company or User confirms that they have:

  • Read these Terms & Conditions
  • Understood these Terms
  • Agreed to be legally bound by these Terms
  • Accepted sole responsibility for all activities associated with their account, registered numbers, and use of the Service.
